Ferrocid 4601^®: New oxidizing Biocide brought

Biological life has in water and especially cooling systems ideal conditions to grow: right temperature, high amount of nutrients and a lot of sunlight. Ferrocid^® 4601 is a newly developed and fast reacting biocide of our R&D department. It is a single component, stabilized, oxidizing source of Bromine.

In 2010 BKG Water Solutions had the honour to receive the RWE Corporate Procurement Supplier Award in the category Innovation. The award ceremony took place at the Philharmonie in Essen during the Supplier's Day on Nov 23. 2010. For many years BKG has delivered solutions for cooling water treatment and water pre-treatment to all RWE power plants in Germany.

Combinations of phosphorous compounds and polycarboxylic acids / polycarboxylates are widely used as antiscalants in several areas of water treatment, including membrane treatment. BKG Water Solutions offers such membrane antiscalants in the Osmotech^® range, based on various optimized combinations of raw materials.

BKG Water Solutions supports Pakistan and Vietnam with water purification aids and training

As worldwide water treatment key provider, BKG Water Solutions decided to reinforce its social engagement, by supporting humanitarian projects and contributing to the improvement of safe water availability.

Last year, we delivered purification tablets to Pakistan and Vietnam, that were suffering from severe floods.
In addition, as long-term action, we sponsored theorganization of a training program in Vietnam about water disinfection, water usage and health-related issues.
